Why Trigger Avoidance Matters - How to Stay Healthy with Allergies

In my last few posts, I've covered some of the more common allergy triggers people with nasal, eye, and lung allergies need to be aware of, including dust, animals and mold. My allergy symptoms were always just congestion sometimes mild sneezing & ichy eyes but only in the spring time. My main complaint was congestion. But after being treated with cortisteroids for about 30 years. With always having the "yo yo" effect with my congestion always coming back requiring me to stay on steroids longer than I should have. I finally found a "solution" to my chronic congestion and WITHOUT side effects!

I discoverd nasal rinsing! I found this companyNasal Care that makes an easy applicator and cleansing packets. (which by the way last quite a while each packet lasts me at least 7 days!) they give you 30 in your starter kit, and it's much cheaper than dangerous meds! I've been using it for 3 months now, and haven't had any congestion. I'm able to sleep through the night.

My nose now works as nature intended it to...plus it's nice not to experience harmful side effects...cleansing your nose also cleans away other pathogens that cause flu and colds! It's not only safe it's truly beneficial to your health!

Hi Dewey,

Where is here? You stated you just moved here from Colorado, just wondering what state you moved to. I live in Oregon, nasal rinsing is good for me only because I couldn't tolerate the congestion meds doctors seem to prescribe like candy....I myself am not a doctor, just a frustrated patient who's tired of being overmedicated, by a prescription happy medical profession.Wink
