    I'm like you and don't want to take pills. We use another type of spary for allergy relief its is called allersearch adms spray. My wife has bad dust mite allergies and we did all the regular stuff like covereing the mattress and pillows with special covers, got rid of the dust catchers and got a good air cleaner. All of this worked great in the bedroom but she was still having problems when she sat on the couch. We got this spray from the allergy store and it has worked great. No more sneezing while reading or watching tv.

    Thsnks for the tip... this sounds interesting, and I may just try it myself. I can't ever quite seem to rid my house totally of my allergens.
