I have been using Alaway drops for a while now, and they do work wonders. The itchiness goes away almost instantly. However, at least for me, the drops do sting a bit at first. Does that happen to you, too?

Hi Aggie... Sorry to answer this so late. But no, Alaway drops have never stung me. Other allergy eye drops have, but so far I've been lucky with these. I think your eyes are so irritated from the allergies, though, it wouldn't be surprising if they DID sting. So probably nothing to worry about, as long as your eyes feel better in the long run...
