    Very Interesting facts. I'm amazed that 70 % in Denmark are diagnosed while just 1% here are diagnosed. It's very disheartening that our medical community still seems so uneducated about it.

    i know.  apparently in finland you can go into any restaurant and get a GF meal! even mcdonalds.

    Wonder Why McDonalds in unable to do that here?  Not that I'm a huge McDonalds fan, but it would be nice to have a treat for my son.  We think we're such an advanced country, but we are surpassed by other parts of the world in so many things.

    they might be able to create that here but perhaps McD corproate doesn't realize the demand for it?

     

    we are market driven economy after all ;-), if there's a market for it, it will come [to coin a phrase].
