    A few years ago I stumbled on a recipe for baked pomegranate chicken. The prepraratory steps were quite tedious but it was scrumptious! I've also heard that it is a healthy fruit to eat.

    I really think that when it comes to a fruit Vs. the many processed foods  and and flavoring out there, the fruit is most likely the better choice.

     

    As you know, vitamins and minerals are absorbed much more readily from fruits compared to synthetic tablets and capsules.

    i totally concur.  fresh veggies and fruits are great and trying new ones are fun!

     

    might you have that recipe handy, pomgranate chicken sounds delish.
