I've never thought of myself as disabled. I'm a person with asthma, not an asthmatic. However, there have been times when I wished that I had been afforded some protection, at the least some acknowledgement that allergies and asthma can sometime be disadvantageous.   Like, in the workplace. I...

We definitely need to have this legislation inacted...for the severely affected patients.

That's great that it passed but will that include asthma/allergy affected people? My daughter has an "A" report card: asthma, allergies, atopic eczema, ADD-inattentive type and anxiety. I agree that just because the symptoms are "controlled" with medications doesn't mean the problems are GONE!
