My eyes are red and I often have postnasal drip from mold in the air. This often turns in to a sinus infection. My MD prescribed 100 mg of Doxycycline a day during allergy season. SInce this is normally used to treat the infection after the fact, does it make sense to use it for preemptive treatment?
