I have been reading all the posts and am glad to know I am not so alone. In addition to a garlic allergy, I am allergic to onion, yeast, mushrooms, vinegar, oats, tomatos, tea, milk and sugar (not to mention I am gluten intolerant). So if it is a condiment, forget it. If it comes in a can or a box, forget it. If it is served by a waitress or waiter, forget it. I have been unable to completely eliminate these things from my diet because I have refused to plan every bite that goes into my mouth, but I am slowly being forced into compliance by my increasingly severe reactions. My doctor did not tell me to eliminate these foods, but to rotate them in my diet. Eating should not be rocket science. I appreciate the suggestions posted in this thread and will keep checking back for more.

By Your mention that you are allergic to various FOODs.. my question is How was this Determined i.e. what Test Method.
it was probably done via a IgE Skin Test .. which measures Immediate FOOD Allergy Sources ( Eat a PeaNut = Trouble ).
In this case.. Your Dr. probably produced a FOOD Allergy DIET Plan based on Your allergy Test Results..
Because FOOD Allergy is Addressed via DIET .. Your DIET Plan would suggest FOODs to Eat, not Eat and Restrict & Re-Introduce 1 by 1 / on a controlled basis to determine extent of allergy to each FOOD.
Further.. your FOOD allergy Test should have reflected an " Allergy Order of Magnitude" for each Food ... where some FOODs = BIG Trouble .. and others are a Blip on the Allergy FOOD Screen.
Further .. Further .. if you have unResloved Health Issues that have Vexed Your Dr.s .. suggest a FOOD Allergy Blood Test for IgG / IgG4 Delayed FOOD Allergy possibilities...
As an added note... many People who suffer from FOOD Allergies ALSO have Respiratory / Enviro InHalant Allergies...
Be sure you are Allergy Blood Tested for common Seasonal & Year-round allergens to detemine Presence, Degree and Offedning allergen specifics.. to detemine if ImmunoTherapy should be considered.
Yes, my testing was done via IgE skin test and the allergens were "ranked" by severity. I was told to rotate the high-reaction foods every 3 months, the next level of reaction every 3 days, the next level every other day. I have found after three months that I cannot tolerate some of these foods at all, even when rotated. Before the food allergy tests, I was also tested (same method) for indoor and outdoor allergies and tested positive for 90% of what I was tested for. My doctor is being diligent about making sure my blood yeast levels are at an acceptable level (I am allergic to yeast and molds) before the seasonal allergies hit, although we haven't actually accomplished that yet. Hopefully, I will have another month or two to do that. I just am still having a difficult time planning every bite that goes into my mouth, but I have found a nutritionist I plan on seeing soon.
From my BackSeat Perspective... sounds like bases are being covered....
I guess the only thing that you could consider is:
> Check for IgG Delayed FOOD Allergy Sources ..especially given Yeast Issues ... if you have Leaky Gut.
>> also.. begin ImmunoTherapy for your Enviro InHalants.
Hope all goes Well
