Greetings!
This is your friendly, neighborhood allergy site producer alerting you to a new offering from MyAllergyNetwork.com -- The Community Newsletter.
Normally, on each Tuesday of the week, subscribers to our newsletter get the Weekly Check-Up with tips and information from our allergy experts, our weekly allergy poll and news about allergies.
That will continue, but you'll also receive on Thursdays a newsletter featuring YOU, our community members, with your questions, comments and observations on living the allergy life.
Answer questions from other community members (you don't have to be an expert to lend your knowledge to others dealing with similar problems).
Share your allergy story with other readers. Maybe you've got a great story about how you survived a bout with your shellfish allergy and how you've learned to never let it happen again! Maybe you've found a home remedy that works great for the stuffy nose caused by your hay fever. Or maybe you're headed for a visit with the allergist and want some moral support.
Tell us what you like and don't like about the newsletters. Do you like getting two a week? Is one enough? Do you want more? What else do you want to see? Tell us so we can deliver!
I look forward to hearing from you!
Joy B.

I would love to receive newletters and posts everyday. My major struggle is finding receipes. My life has turned a 180. My life has went to having takeout food to homemade cooking every night. My son is allergic to milk and I'm so thankful that I'm not dealing with any other additional food allergies. I don't know how moms do it with kids that have multiple food allergies. I pray every night that he doesn't become allergic to wheat because that is pretty much his whole diet. I would have to start all over again with his diet. My son loves noodles. I have receipes and ideas for pasta dishes for vegetable, marinara and spaghetti. I would love to have some new receipes that he would enjoy.
