stubborn poison oak

Can't get rid of poison oak.  Using Calamin, finished a week of prednisone - it keeps spreading.  Got any advise?  Also, I need benedryl to sleep!

    Again, make sure that you're not reinfecting your skin with the oil from the poison oak leaves that may have gotten onto your clothes or furniture and the like in your house.

     

    If it still isn't getting better, it's time for a trip to the doctor.
