I went into anaphylactic shock after exercising and eating chocolate, wheat, and other suspectable foods. I had also taken advil 5 1/2 hours before my reaction. I broke out in hives, my face swelled up and I had trouble breathing. I was hospitalized for a few hours and I am still being tested for the cause of my reaction.
