inflamation

I have severe allergies to food, chemicals and enviorment. I get very swollen in my face and all over my body. I have been using Quercitin from GNC which has helped a great deal for the swelling. It is a bioflavenoid made out of the B vitamin. I actually also use it when I have a cold or congestion and muskle pain, and believe it has help me for that too. Quercitin helps with swelling in the Cells( I believe it's called T-cells).
