I am 17 and I just started getting really sick from anything with just a little bit of garlic.

I have been looking for foods without garlic and it is so hard to find anything.

I get sick from the little bit of garlic in soup, garlic powder, garlic juice, dried garlic and just garlic period.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any foods that have no hidden garlic that I can actually eat and not get a reaction from it?

I understand what you are talking about.  Difficult, isn't it?  I found out the same with me, getting sick, irritable, terrible mood swings and a feeling like I swallowed a brick that is stuck and hurting in my stomach when I accidently eat something that has garlic in it,  Because of this, my friends think it is absurd because garlic is supposed to be healthy for you.  I hate eating out in restaurants, especially the chain restaurants that wont or don't have any information on what they put in their food.

Hi im also allergic to garlic been living with the allergy going on 4 years now..

Annies mac and cheese is garlic free. Also, annies ketcup is garlic free.  I haven't found many soups that do not contain garlic but if you know of any let me know.

Roses2ashes1613@aol.com  My name is kim im 21 and live in Florida. nice to meet fellow persons with a garlic allergie..  I was begining to feel like a huge freak for a while.. I do find the most resturants can make garlic free margarita pizza! there are also resturants that can make garlic fee alfrado. Your best bet  other wise is learn to cook! and its good for you. You'll be a healthier individual because your not getting things that you could be worse for you with all the preservatives. I did find garlic free beef jerky and luncheon meats. also public mustard is garlic free. So I would love to hear how you are coping with it. My myspace is myspace.com/fireroseashes

-Best of luck hope to hear from others -

WOW!! THANKS!!! There is a tomato based pasta sauce called lucici that makes small handcrafted batches.. the kind that does not have garlic is Rustic Tomato Basil. It's 100% natural. it has vine-ripened plum tomatoes, tom puree, extra virging o oil, carrots, onions, basil, sea salt, and citric acid.

Do you have any other allergies to bulb-like foods?? Thanks for the tips!
