      <title>itchy swollen eyelids, ear lobes itchy, itchy neck outbreaks, itchy hand and forearm area</title>
      <description>About 9 months ago, I broke out with what I thought was an allergy to flavored coffee creamers. The neck area was red rashy and the face itched tremendously. My eyelids were swollen, feverish and very itchy. After a couple days, it subsided. I eventually went to have allergy testing done and took Zyrtec which didnt help much. I went to the dermatologist who said it was psoriasis but from picture it didnt look the same as psoriasis.
