Shrimp Allergy for me

The First time I ate Shrimp was over Spring Break with was amazingly good!! But the next day my feet were swelled up and itching big time. After a couple of days still wouldnt go away but about 4 days and it was gone. Now whenever I'm around it my feet swell up. What is it caused by??? Will I ever grow out of it??
