Agonizing Allergies

Hey everyone, I am new here and just wanted to say hi! I suffer from horrible seasonal allergies and I HATE OTC anti histamines, they don't help, they just mask the pain. I feel as if I'd rather cut my noise off then suffer any longer! If anyone has any remedies or solutions, please let me know! Thanks :)
