headaches from cleaning products

For the past 10 years I find that I react (headaches) to more and more cleaning chemicals. I use a housecleaning service twice a month to clean my house, and after they leave I always get a headache from whatever cleaning compounds they are using. Has anyone else dealth with this, and if so, are there certain likely culprets?
