At a Glance

Common allergy triggers include pollen, ragweed, mold, pet dander and dust mites, and that's not including people with food allergies. Trigger avoidance is one of the most effective forms of treatment, but it can be difficult to do. Minimizing your triggers as much as possible is important to living well with allergies.
