If you are seriously concerned, then you should see your doctor right away.   It sounds like you might have a cold. Congestion, clear mucus and scratchy throat are all symptoms of the common cold -- but congestion and scratchy throat can also be caused by other conditions.   Allergies can sometimes be difficult to distingish from the common cold, but there are some giveaways.
