Shel,   I hope by now you've gotten emergency care, since I am just seeing this at least 24 hours after you posted the questions. What you describe definitely sounds like symptoms of a food allergy, but only a doctor can tell you that for sure. Any time you have hives, difficulty breathing, swelling in the throat, you are advised to seek treatment right away, as a food allergy can quickly escalate to full-blown anaphylactic shock, and that can be life-threatening.   Hoping you are well now, Kathi
