what can i put on a flea bite

Sorry it took so long to answer your question. I imagine your bites have probably healed up by now (flea bites usually heal on their own after a few days).
The question that always come to my mind is, are they actually flea bites or another type of bug bite or rash (from something else). Here is a site that had a wonderful display of pictures and explanations about bug bites. Click here.
When my patients have flea bites I tell them it is important to keep the bitten areas clean. Calamine lotion may be helpful. Early on, cool compresses may be soothing and reduce itching. I consider recommending an antihistamine such as Benadryl which may help relieve some of the itching but warn that you may get tired or drowsy from it.
If you still have skin lesions and itching (by the time you are reading this) you should see your doctor to verify what the problem is. Some skin infections may look similar to bug bites.
