for itcy throat allergy once got injected-denphylm.this have any side effect?

Form last 2years,I m suffering from itchy throat allergy.I have taken lots of medicine like in allopathy,homeopathy,ayurvedic and home remedies,but nothing happen.once i got injected with 3 injections-1)Mikalin 500mg 2)Denphlyllm 2 ml 3) Delacijon

spellings must be wrong.I want to know which one is allergic injection and any side effects if i use injectons again,because m suffering from same kind of allergic problem.How can i get rid out of this? Please suggest me?
