My symptoms are : post nasal drip, maxillary and tooth pain at level of outer nose

my ears fell full and red watery eyes. The CT of my sinuses was normal. Can you still have a sinus infection with a normal CT ? My Dr is treating my for a sinus infection (bactrim) and allergies (Medrol pak) Thank-you
