Drixoral - is it related to heart palipatations or other such conditions?

I too have been taking drixoral for years, but I was told by a pharmacist that it can cause irregular heartbeats and with certain other drugs can be very damaging to your heart rythems. Is that true? It seems strange that moving a lab would be such an ordeal especially since it was a good selling…
