Your problem is very unusual. Questions that come to mind are:

Do you have any other symptoms that would suggest an allergic reaction (nasal itching, sneezing, rubbing of the nose or nasal congestion)? Is it always one nostril, both or does it switch up? When was this first experienced? Does anyone else in the family experience this? Have you noticed prolonged bleeding from cuts or scrapes or after dental procedures? I have plenty more questions but will stop here.

If you were my patient I would skin test you to egg after taking a comprehensive history and physical. I would refer you to an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist to evaluate your nasal passages. If the skin test were negative I would consider doing an oral challenge.

I have not seen allergic food reactions result in recurrent nasal bleeding. There are reports of milk related hemoptysis (coughing up blood) in young children (Heiner Syndrome). The milk causes a hypersensitivity reaction that results in lung inflammation.

I have not read about a similar syndrome involving the upper airway, caused by egg.

I recommend you see a board certified allergist.
