my sons nose, face, eyebrow and ears turn red. Can you say that this is allergy or something else.

my 3 year old son experienced redness of his eyebrow, nose, cheeks and ears. However, his condition is normal. He did not complain for any itchiness or pain. Please let me know if this is some kind of an illness and how to treat this.
