Thanks for responding, No, I do rinse with "nasal care" product their rinse packets are made of sea salt, aloe vera extract, & vitamin C. The GSE is in Nutribiotic saline solution. God no, I wouldn't rinse with GSE unless I wanted to burn out my nasal passages.. Gloria
