It started 3 days ago when I was at home lying on my bed watching Tv and during the night I had to go to the washroom and puke for about 5 minutes. The puking has stop but I keep having: stuffy/runny Nose
: Watery/itchy eyes
: Sneezing lots
: couching but not as much
: left ear hurts if touched

Having dealt with sinus/allergy and frequent colds (before making some healthly changes in my life. I have knowldedge. From what you describe, I would recommend seeing a good ear/nose throat doctor, or a good general practioner to rule out any major problems and too see what you need. It sound like something more than allergies, but I am not a doctor, not do I recommend seeking a diagnosis via web. You need a doctor to determine for sure what is wrong.
