Q: Can zytrec cause problems when taken with other medications?

I've been taking Zyrtec, for several weeks however I've noticed I am much more tired, especially in the afternoon and evening, even though I take it at bed time. I also take Trazodone and lamictal (200mg) at night as well as an ativan. In the morning I take celexa, half a lamictal and a ativan. could this be making things worse or causing any problems

I am bipolar II and also have mild asthma, though it is usually only triggered by certain allergens such as perfumes, chemical cleaners, or viral or bactrial illnesses such as bronchits.  I am currently on no asthma medications.
