I have had hives on my middle section and swelling eyes and hands. It started late Thursday,

possibly from some cream cheese I ate that sat out too long? I would like to know the typical duration of something like this. I am taking Benadryl but the hives remain. I have no health insurance, so I cannot go to the doctor unless it becomes critical/dangerous.
