According to the information on this site, this doesn't sound like a typical symptom of food allergies.

Food allergy symptoms include:

* scratchy throat
* abdominal pain
* diarrhea
* nausea
* vomiting
* stomach cramps
* itching of the mouth, throat, eyes, skin, or any area
* hives
* swelling, especially of the eyelids, face, lips, and tongue
* light-headedness or fainting
* nasal congestion
* runny nose
* shortness of breath
* wheezing
* difficulty swallowing

You can check with the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network for more information, but I suggest you take your daughter to the doctor if you are concerned. There could be a lot of reasons why this is going on.

Good luck!

Your daughter could be constipated to poop in her panties and or she was holding it in then she couldn't hold it in much longer. How much did she poop in her panties?
