Q: Is there any thing on the market h ere in the states that comes close to Drixoral cold and alergy

I have taken Drixoral Cold and Alergy for years. Is there any thing on the market here in the United states that comes close to this drug over the counter? I hate it that I can not get it any longer. When ever I would feel something coming on, I would take one of this and it would take care of it. Brenda

That is a matter of opinion.

Drixoral was a combination antihistamine (for allergy symptom relief) and decongestant (for stuffy nose and/or sinus pressure relief). There are other antihistamine-decongestants on the market, including Claritin-D and Allegra-D.

Before you take anything, ask your doctor or pharmacist for recommendations you can try.

Good luck!
