Reply to an Answer

In response to:

if that were true, why wouldn't it be constant, not just times when the weather is bad? (Windy, foggy, rainy, etc) And, why is it I can be around the cats all day and not be bothered? I do use hot water on everything I can and I use dryer sheets that are soppsed to help get rid of lint and pet hair.
