My eyes get itchy and swollen after i jog for a couple of miles in the gym. This happened a couple of times. I suffered from severe congestion and i had my sinus surgery done. Now i fear that if i jog for a mile, i might end up getting swollen eyelids. i'm not sure what is causing me this problem.
Q: Swollen eyes after heavy workout. Any idea why?
