Hi Justin,   Peanuts are definitely a food allergy trigger for many people. And food allergies can cause itching, among other symptoms. But unless you know for sure that you are allergic to peanuts (in which case, you should NOT be eating them under any circumstances), then diagnosing yourself with a nut allergy is not a good idea.   My advice is to consult with your doctor to confirm if a peanut allergy is the culprit in your itching or something else is at work. In any event, your doctor can also help you figure out the best treatment strategy.   To your health, Kathi
