i am allergi for most of the food & medicines like tuna fias, pine apple, mango, Prawns, Cutle fish

befor 3 yrs of time i had most of the food like beef, tuna, prawns, pineapple but i had not allergy for them. Later I got allery for most of the foods & medicines. is there any solution for this?
