Q: can cetirizine hydrochloride cause thrush?

I can't find any source showing thrush as a side effect for cetirizine hydrochloride (Zyrtec), but almost any side effect is potentially possible, because each of us can react differently to the same medicine. If you are concerned, give your doctor a call. That's what he/she is there for!
