Q: Can allergies cause post nasal drip, headaches, earaches and nosebleeds?

I have always felt as though I have had a constant post nasal drip. I constantly swallow and clear my throat. Recently though it has gotten worse and more symptoms have appeared. First, I began getting slight headaches and then I experienced my first nosebleed. I also began to have a slightly sore throat and very sore ears. I had my second nosebleed yesterday. Any idea is this is allergies? Or is it something else? Thanks!
