Tylenol is safe for you.  That is your best bet.  Anything with Tylenol (Acetominophen) is safe for you.  Be careful with anything containing ibuprofen or naproxen sodium because there can be a cross sensitivity.  Midol is safe for you. It also depends on what kind of pelvic pain you are having.  Check with your physician if it does not subside, because he or she may want to run a couple of tests just to check it out.  Narcotic options include Tylenol #3, Vicodin, Percocet and Ultram (ultram does not have the risk of long term use dependency that the other 3 do) as these either contain tylenol or are strictly non aspirin.  NON safe pain killers would include Motrin, Advil, Aleve or anything along those lines.  Your doctor needs to determine if you have a sensitivity to just aspirin, or all NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)  Hope this helps!!   Email me with anymore questions.  I am a nurse and very well versed, but when in doubt, check with the doctor!!!   Annie
