I get extremely itchy bumps under my breast and as it gets worse it spreads down my stomach and up my chest.. Nothing takes the itch away except scratching but that makes it worse sometimes I scratch so much that they bleed..but the itch is so intense. I have gotten this rash 5 times in 1 1/2 years. What do I have? What can take the itch away and what can i do so it doesnt come back?
