When I wake up in the morning, my hands itch badly--tiny under-the-skin bumps on my palms.

I generally have dry spots on my hands that even crack open from time to time--my feet can be very bad as well. I have discovered that if I sit in the hot tub a couple of times per week, the dry skin is nearly wiped out an dmy feet even become smooth and supple--but now I am afraid to use my hand…
