Lola did have ecema when she was two, it has seemed to have settled. She has always had problems with her skin itching, her nose running and rubbing her eyes. She clearly suffers from allergies. The problem I have is she does not like the liquid allergy medicines and generally at her age does not like taking medicine at all. Any ideas you can suggest.

Hi Susan... If Lola truly does have nasal/eye allergies (and you really should get a diagnosis from her physician before you conclude she definitely does), then the most effective allergy treatment is to help her avoid contact with her allergy triggers. Of course, first you have to figure out what they are. Common allergy triggers include tree, grass and weed pollens, mold spores (both indoors and outdoors), dust mites, animal dander, urine and saliva and insect droppings. Getting those things out of her environment to the best of your abilities will have a significant impact.
Aside from that, I cannot recommend any medication here. That would need to come from her doctor who has examined her and knows her health history. But there are many options these days for treating allergies. You might also consider a consult with an allergist, who can test for triggers and also discuss the possibility of allergy shots with you.
