Hello doctor

I'm a student in Visual FX age 21. I live in India in a city called Chennai. I have an allergy which i'm not able to identify it.This is been for like 15years. I've consulted each and every doctor here and they prescribe me some tablets which acutally prevents when i have proper dosing of the medicine. After that when i stop having the medicine the allergy starts back all over again.

Here's the symptoms:- When i go out for a walk or when i exercise or run, my body becomes very hot and immediately i see pollens all over my body especially in hands, neck, legs and back. The pollens appear in the face part when more of my body temperature is increased i.e becoming more hot. Its very annoying when i go out. When i go for shopping with my mom it starts all over again and i walk back to home.
