I have very bad seafood allergies, and ever since my reactions I get these red rashes on by body they just come go, does anyone know what this is? thank you

Allergy symptoms can sometimes come in the form of welts or hives. You can read about hives and see pictures here in the symptoms database. Here is some information about food allergies, particularly shellfish.
If you think what you are experiencing is serious, the best thing to do is to see your doctor. Online sites, while great places for information, can not take the place of your doctor's solid medical advice.
