Are you sure food is causing the rash?

Many foods can cause allergic reactions, but ONLY in people who are allergic to that particular food. If you are unsure if you have food allergies, you need to see your doctor about your concerns. You may need to see an allergist, a doctor who specializes in allergies to help you figure out what's causing your rash.

Keep in mind that your rash may have nothing to do with food or allergies. Perhaps the clothing detergent you use irritates your skin. Maybe a certain soap or shower gel bothers your skin. There could be dozens of reasons why you break out in a rash in those areas. Check with your doctor so you can figure out what the likely causes are.

I would take a look at dermititis caused by gluten intolerance.
