Natural Remedies for Allergy Symptoms

I have suffered from perrenial allergic rhinitis for years and have used corticosteroids, antihistamines, decongestants etc for many years. I have been looking for a natural alternative without side effects that may work for me and my daughter has been blessed with my genes.

William Storms, MD from the Storms Allergy Clinic has been recommending a product called Sinol Nasal Spray. I have looked through their website and it appears to be very promising. They have a recent clinical trial listed from the Institute for Allergies & Asthma and a webinar for pharmacists that I just viewed. I have no medical background so I am looking for some advice.
