I just found out that I am allergic to peanuts, almonds, oranges, pineapple, cherries, tomatoes and garlic. I am currently overwhelmed on what foods to eat. These are all foods that I love also. My last trip to the grocery store left me frustrated and in tears. It seems like everything either has tomatoes or garlic in it. Is there a place that I can find recipes so my food isn't so bland? I am completely lost on where to go.
