There's a lot of foods with milk in them you'd be surprised!   My son has milk allergies and there's a bunch of things he can't eat. Butter or margarine, cheese, whipped cream, custard and caramel candies are just a few. That also means breakfast ceral, cookies, breads, and even lunchmeat, hot dogs and sausages! They might have something in them called casein, which is a fancy word for a milk protein or something.   This Web site has an article about the new food labeling laws and how manufacturers have to put the plain English word on the package to make it easier.
