Q: will allegra work for stuffy nose

My nasal passages are dry and congested.  I have no runny nose or sneezing.  It is winter and the dry heat doesn't help, but will allegra dry me out more thereby congesting me more?

Allegra is not a decongestant. It is an antihistamine, designed to reduce sneezing and runny nose. Sometimes, Allegra is combined with a decongestant, in which case it's named Allegra-D.
