Hi Scott,
I guess it depends on what is causing your eye to water? Kathleen MacNaughton has written an article on how to tell which medications are right for your particular situation. You can read about Kathleen here and the article here. You should also be aware that red watery eyes could be a sign of conjuctivitis, or pink eye. You can read about that here. Pink Eye requires that you see your doctor. If you think your watery eyes is a condition that is of concern, the best thing to do is see your doctor. While online sites are great places to get the information you need to ask all the right questions, they can not take the place of your doctor's sound medical advice.
Take care and stay in touch!
